This comprehensive training class will open up the energy channels in your body and spirit to the pure, loving energy of Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki®.  The focus of Level 1 is learning Reiki self-practice for releasing stress and restoring balance to your own body and life.  This class is a combination of Eastern & Western Reiki; traditional Usui Reiki and Holy Fire III Reiki®.

The complete hand placement system for self-practice
 Japanese Reiki Techniques such as Gassho meditation, Byosen scanning & Reiji-ho.
Attunement to Reiki energy through the Holy Fire III Reiki® Online Placement for Reiki Level 1

You will receive a 179 page course manual issued by the International Center for Reiki Training prior to the class by mail. Upon completion of the class you will receive a Reiki 1 Certificate.

No prior healing experience is necessary to take this course. You will finish Level 1 empowered with the ability to give Reiki to yourself and others. This is an online class so you must have access to a laptop, tablet or smartphone with the app Zoom downloaded. 

Upon completion of the course students are welcome to join our weekly reiki share where reiki practitioners gather together to share distant reiki over zoom
